Working together is a collaborative, supportive, and client-centred experience. Sessions are guided by your goals, comfort level, and personal pace. I focus on creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and build self-awareness. I strive to provide a safe, grounded environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered in your personal healing and growth.

The first step is booking your 90-minute Deep Dive session. This extended time allows us to explore your needs and map out a personalized plan without feeling rushed. You can book directly through my ‘‘Pricing’’ page or send a message via the contact form if you have any questions first.

There is no ‘‘homework’’ or formal preparation needed! All I suggest is that you:
• Find a quiet space: If we are meeting virtually, choose a spot where you feel comfortable and won’t be interrupted.
• Bring a notebook: You might want to jot down insights or ‘‘aha’’ moments.
• Come as you are: Whether you’re feeling energized or overwhelmed, there is no right or wrong way to show up. We’ll take it exactly as it comes.

The number of sessions varies for each person and depends on your goals, needs, and where you are in your healing journey. Some clients benefit from a few sessions focused on a specific concern, while others choose ongoing support for deeper exploration and personal growth. This is something we can discuss together and adjust as your needs evolve.

At this time, sessions are offered on an individual basis only. This allows space for focused, personalized support tailored to each client’s unique healing journey.

Absolutely. Your privacy is protected by both ethics and law. Everything we discuss, and even the fact that we are working together, stays between us.

I’m naturally a ‘‘nod and say hello’’ person, so if we cross paths at the grocery store or a café, expect a warm smile! However, to protect your privacy, I will never mention how I know you or bring up our sessions in public. I’ll follow your lead - if you want to stop and chat, great! If you’d prefer to just keep moving, I completely understand and won’t take it personally.

At this time, sessions are not eligible for reimbursement through workplace or extended health benefit plans. However, after completion of my current course, clients will be able to claim my services under their employer benefits (if applicable) as I will be part of a naturopath association.
Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service. If you have questions about payment options, please feel free to reach out.

Currently, payment is accepted by e-transfer only. Payment information will be provided upon booking.
If you would like to arrange payment using multiple e-transfers, please feel free to reach out so we can coordinate a plan that works for you.

I understand that life is unpredictable! If you need to change our appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer that time to someone else who may need it.
Because I hold a full 60/90 minutes specifically for you, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a full fee. However, I’m human too—if there’s a genuine emergency, please just reach out and we’ll figure it out together.
